At Hearts and Crafts Studios we believe that children are capable and confident. Children get the opportunity to take on roles of responsibility at every level. Our studios first show included a role for a Oliver Xing to be our assistant stage manager. Throughout the year Oliver supported the design team with every aspect of show development from building story boards to the creation process and our year end show. His support and enthusiasm helped to make our studios first ever show a huge success.
